Acupuncture training is now offered at the College.
The Advanced Diploma of Acupuncture is offered over as a three year study program which incorporates both the Certificate IV and Diploma of Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies.
As a result successful graduates will have three qualifications. As the Certificate IV takes 18 months to complete, students will be able to be commence working in the industry and making an income whilst continuing on to The Diploma and the Advanced Diploma qualifications.
Traditional Chinese Acupuncture as well as Japanese Acupuncture styles are covered in the Advanced Diploma. Ryodoraku, Ion pumping chords as well as Veternary Acupuncture training is included in the training program.
Graduates are recognised by The Australian Natural Therapy Association ANTA and can therefore obtain Health Fund Provider status with most Health funds.
